Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. If your order includes a personalized item (all personalized items will have *personalized* in the description), please allow 1-4 weeks for your item to be individually hand crafted for you before it is shipped out. You will be sent a confirmation email once order is placed & a second email with your tracking number once the order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at shopjlvjewelry@gmail.com & we will look into your order. Once your package has shipped out, delivery is expected within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) depending on your location.
Please note, once your order has shipped out, JLV Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, reach out to your local post office with the tracking number.
RETURNS
Although we do not accept returns, we strive to keep our customers happy & can review issues on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are any issues upon arrival of your items or if you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at shopjlvjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival & we will get back to you ASAP.
